Wallenius Wilhelmsen Pleads Guilty To Cartel Activity In Australia

Norway’s Wallenius Wilhelmsen pleaded guilty to participating in cartel operations in Australia, informed the country’s competition and consumer commission. 

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission stated the charges relate to the transportation of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and buses, to Australia between June 2011 and July 2012.

This case is just one out of several in a year-long process, which has led to fines in countries around the world and the EU.
