On Thursday, July 26, Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider announced that Tiffany Rider has joined its Antitrust Group as a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Joining from Skadden, Ms. Rider has over 15 years of experience focusing on criminal antitrust cartel investigations; follow-on antitrust class action litigation and arbitration; and complex mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Rider has defended companies and individuals in international cartel cases, advocating before the Department of Justice, European Commission and Canadian Competition Bureau, among other global enforcement agencies.
