One year ago, I had the opportunity to partake in the Global Competition Law Centre’s Annual Conference as a panelist. The panel focused on the crucial topic of the role played by the EU Courts in competition cases. Joining me on this panel were esteemed individuals, namely General Court President Marc van der Woude and Judge Ingeborg Simonsson.
