Tadler Law, a women-owned complex litigation and class action firm, announced the continued growth of the firm with the promotion of Senior Counsel Brian R. Morrison to Partner effective July 1.
“We are excited and honored to have Brian as a Partner at our firm,” said Tadler Law managing partner and founder Ariana J. Tadler. “He is one of the country’s most promising antitrust and class action lawyers and we look forward to his continued leadership at our firm.”
Brian, who joined Tadler Law in November 2019, focuses on prosecuting class actions and other complex litigation on behalf of consumers and small businesses. He has worked on many of the largest antitrust, consumer, and product liability cases across various jurisdictions and industries, including the JUUL e-cigarette multidistrict litigation, the Takata airbag multidistrict litigation, the generic pharmaceutical pricing antitrust litigation, and several billion-dollar financial fraud matters. He is well versed in handling every stage of litigation from factual investigations through trial.
Before joining Tadler Law, Brian worked at several nationally recognized law firms, where he practiced in class actions, mass torts, and other federal litigation matters. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, where he handled appeals of last resort. Brian founded and co-chaired the Young Lawyers Division of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and served as a founding member of the New Jersey Law Journal Young Lawyers Advisory Board. He also has worked vigorously to expand pro bono opportunities, including serving as a member of his last firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
