Spain’s CNMC has initiated a disciplinary proceedings against ISDIN for possible anticompetitive conduct in the area of setting online resale prices.
The investigation into the conduct originated from a complaint filed by an operator dedicated to the distribution and commercialization of pharmacy and health care products, as a possible violation of competition regulations.
This conduct could be discouraging the electronic commerce of certain products by retailers and resellers, in a context such as the current one, in which electronic commerce can play a relevant role for retail.
