Linda Cenedella, a seasoned lawyer with more than 20 years of experience both as in-house counsel and in private practice, has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner resident in New York. Linda, who focuses on antitrust and competition law in the banking and financial services space, arrives from JPMorgan Chase where she served as executive director and assistant general counsel in the litigation and corporate & regulatory law departments.

At JPMorgan Chase, Linda managed and coordinated complex commercial and antitrust class action litigation in addition to regular inquiries from domestic and foreign competition regulators. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, she was a member of the antitrust practice at another global law firm, where she represented and advised Fortune 100 corporations on diverse transactional and litigation antitrust matters.
