Linklaters M&A and private equity partner Lev Loukhton has relocated to the firm’s New York office, marking the continued expansion of the New York office’s global M&A and private equity capabilities.
Lev Loukhton has decades of cross-border transactional experience to bear, representing domestic and multinational companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, as well as on general corporate issues. He acts for companies and financial sponsors in transactions across a variety of sectors, including technology, media and telecoms (TMT), financial institutions, industrials and chemicals.
