Seattle attorney Dan Drachler has joined the firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein as Of Counsel. Drachler brings over 30 years’ experience representing the interests of consumers, businesses, Native American tribes, Union Health Funds, and state and local governments across a wide range of matters. He has held leadership positions in class action litigation and matters of public policy, both as an attorney and counselor in private practice as well as on behalf of state and local governments.

Drachler was the recipient of the 2017 American Antitrust Institute Award for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice. In 2016, he was named a California Attorney of the Year for his work as Co-Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs in the groundbreaking antitrust decision of the California Supreme Court in In re Cipro Cases I and II. The Cipro cases settled for nearly US$400 million on behalf of California consumers and third-party payors.
