Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced the addition of Thomas Lang to the firm’s Washington, DC office as a partner on the firm’s internationally recognized Antitrust & Trade Regulation Practice.
Mr. Lang brings a rare combination of antitrust and competition law perspective from various lenses in private practice, government, and academia. His experience includes navigating international price-fixing cases, allegations of predatory or discriminatory pricing, monopolization claims, class actions, multi-district litigation, state court indirect purchaser litigation, and civil and criminal investigations by the FTC and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Prior to joining his previous firm, Mr. Lang served as a Senior Litigation Counsel with the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Lang has also led a prestigious military career having served as staff on the U.S. Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA affairs and as a Military Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves and the Army National Guard rising to the rank of Major.
