Bullard, Falla, Ezcurra In Peru Name New Competition Partner

Bullard, Falla, Ezcurra +, a Peruvian boutique firm with 20 years of practice in competition law and arbitration litigation, announced that after 4 years as a senior associate, Lucía Villarán has been promoted as a partner of the Firm.

Lucía holds a Masters in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Michigan, USA, and a lawyer degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. 

Lucia has more than 15 years of professional experience in competition law and energy and telecommunications regulation, both in the public and private sector. Prior to joining the firm, Lucia worked for more than 4 years in the competition policy team at the World Bank Group in Washington, DC. 

In the academic field, she has been a professor in the Master in Economic Administrative Law of the Universidad del Pacífico and in the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
