Dr. Xie Lin is a research fellow at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Dr. Xie worked in the Department of Treaty and Law and the Anti-Monopoly Bureau at the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) from 2004 to 2018. Before joining CASS in 2019, she also worked in the Anti-Monopoly Bureau at the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR).
Dr. XIE holds a PHD degree in the area of competition law from CASS and has been a visiting scholar to the United States and the European Union.
