Till is the managing director of CDC. At the helm, Till manages the CDC operations and is responsible for mapping out the strategy and ensuring the successful performance of some of the largest antitrust damage actions in Europe. Since joining CDC in 2007, Till has steered the claims acquisition process with corporate companies across the EU and has been central in the negotiation and design of settlements in CDC’s damage actions in Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordics. Till is a frequent speaker at international conferences on private enforcement of competition law and the innovative approach of CDC.
Prior to joining CDC, Till practiced as an antitrust attorney for six years in a leading international law firm in Brussels, Cologne and Madrid. In this role Till, represented companies from various industry sectors in pan-European antitrust and cartel investigations. Till studied law at the universities of Bonn, Cologne, Barcelona and London (University College) and published a doctoral thesis on international competition law.
