Thomas Freeman is a Business Law and Ethics Professor at Creighton University. He has published articles in the William and Mary Business Law Review, Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy, Journal of the International Academy for Case Studies, Nebraska Lawyer, The Law International Legal Magazine, and Interchange Magazine. His paper "Let Them All Eat Cake: Rhetorically Mapping Religious Freedom, LGBTQIA Discrimination, and The First Amendment After Janus and Masterpiece" won the Outstanding Paper Award at the Midwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business (MALSB) conference in 2020. His paper, "Using the Lens of Narrative Theory to Rethink Digital Ethics" was awarded first runnerup for the Primeaux Award at the International Vincentian Business Ethics Conference (IVBEC) in 2022.
