Thomas Dillickrath is a Partner in the Antitrust and Competition Practice group at Baker Botts, counseling in complex litigation and appeals as well as antitrust merger clearance and government investigations. Mr. Dillickra's practice focuses on matters involving high-tech and telecommunications industries. Mr. Dillickrath is also experienced in representing clients in matters concerning issues at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property.
In the mergers and investigations context, he has represented clients before both domestic and foreign competition agencies, across a wide swath of industries, most recently representing a large chemical company during the course of an FTC investigation. His appellate practice has focused on antitrust issues related to multi-product bundled discounts and horizontal agreements among competitors. Mr. Dillickrath is also experienced in e-discovery matters and provides counseling and litigation knowledge in this area.
