Stephen Scannell is a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Antitrust Section since January 2020. Prior to joining the office, he interned with the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division in the Healthcare and Consumer Products Section in the Spring of 2019, and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law with a certificate in Health Law in May 2019.
