Stephen Kinsella OBE is a Specialist Partner at Flint Global where he advises clients on complex anti-trust, regulatory and policy developments and supports clients on a range of competition matters, with a particular focus on technology, pharmaceutical and media sectors.
Before joining Flint, Stephen was partner and head of the European Antitrust/Competition group at Sidley. He is a past chair of the competition and trade law committee of the International Bar Association and a past co-chair of the international committee of the American Bar Association section of antitrust law. He has over 30 years’ experience of advising clients on all aspects of EU competition law.
