Sophie Mitchell is the ICN Counsel at the UK Office of Fair Trading since 2009. Her role includes supporting the Chair of the ICN Steering Group and co-chairing the ICN Advocacy Working Group on behalf of the OFT. Previously, she spent eight years as a competition specialist at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, with a broad practice covering advice on restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, mergers, and compliance advice at the UK and EU levels.
