As the partner of AnJie, Song Ying specializes in antitrust and anti-unfair competition law. She provides a wide range of services, including defense for competition investigations, private antitrust and competition litigation, concentration filings and competition compliance.
She handled a number of high-profile competition cases. For instance, she represented Panasonic in the antitrust private litigation brought by its distributor and successfully won the case. She filed the concentration notification for ChemChina/Syngenta in the agrochemical sector with MOFCOM, and handled a number of investigation cases, the PVC case in chemical sector is included.
She serves as Supervisor for master students at North China University of Technology and is also the associate research fellow in Wuhan University Competition Law and Policy Research Center. From 2017 to 2019, she was consecutively recognized by Chambers & Partner as Recommended PRC Competition/Antitrust Lawyer and be recommended by Legal 500 in 2017.
