Santos Miguel Leyva Rubio is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Law Practice in our Brussels office. His area of experience touches upon all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, abuse of dominance issues, State aid and the interface between IP and antitrust.
Mr. Leyva has experience across a variety of industries such as telecommunications, technology and energy sectors. He also has a particular interest in the regulatory and competition law aspects of both digital markets and the media industry.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Mr. Leyva worked at an international law firm in Brussels specialized in State aid.
Mr. Leyva is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English and French.
