Samuel R. Miller is a partner in the San Francisco office of Sidley Austin LLP. He specializes in Antitrust and complex commercial litigation. He served as lead counsel for the Antitrust
Division in the first DOJ case of U.S. v. Microsoft. He teaches a seminar on Antitrust in hightech markets at UC Berkeley Law School.
