Assist large domestic financial clearing institutions to improve their personal information protection compliance system, and provide opinions on the legality of their overseas branches' data access to domestic data platforms.
Over the years, as a member of the King & Wood Mallesons project team, Mr. Zhang has actively participated in the drafting of supporting regulations, implementation measures and related guidelines of the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law.
In addition to anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition, Mr.Zhang's practice area also includes national security reviews triggered by cross-border transactions.
