Roger D. Blair is a Professor in the Department of Economics and Affiliate Faculty of Law in the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. He received his Ph.D. in Economics at Michigan State University in 1968.
Professor Blair is an acknowledged expert on antitrust economics. He has more than 190 professional publications, including books entitled Law and Economics of Vertical Integration and Control; Antitrust Economics; and Monopsony: Antitrust Law and Economics; The Economics of Franchising; and Intellectual Property: Legal and Economic Dimensions of Rights and Rewards. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Blair has served as an economic expert for the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and for private parties in over 75 cases.
