Rodrigo Rios worked as an institutional liaison for the Mexican Federal Competition Commission with the United Kingdom Foreign & and Commonwealth Office, and the United States Agency for International Development, as well as, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the International Competition Network (ICN) and the World Bank (WB) for international cooperation projects.
He also worked as a Consultant Coordination and Project Management for the Competition Regional Center for Latin America responsible for Hiring and coordinating consultants to elaborate projects to generate benefits through public policy implementation in the area of economic competition, Identifying and finding solutions for institutional development needs from competition authorities, Elaborating terms of reference and bid documents for the development of projects on economic competition funded by the World Bank and articles and press releases on competition themes in Latin America.
