Raphael Reims advises German and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust and competition law. This includes representing clients in merger control, cartel and market abuse proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission as well as before German and European courts. He also supports clients regarding respective compliance issues and internal investigations.
Raphael also advises on related fields of law, especially foreign investment control, European State aid and distribution law. He began his career at an international law firm in Brussels and London.
