Randy M. Stutz is Vice President of Legal Advocacy at the American Antitrust Institute. Stutz joined AAI in 2009 after practicing antitrust law in the Washington, D.C. office of Skadden Arps, where he consulted on merger and cartel investigations and multidistrict class actions. Stutz oversees AAI’s judicial education and amicus programs and has authored or consulted on numerous briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal circuit courts.
