Paulo Montt is a qualified lawyer in Chile and member of the Chilean Bar. He is a graduate at University of Chile (1999) and LL.M. at University College London (2008). He is a partner at Gandarillas, Montt, Del Río & Krause, a law firm specialized in litigation. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and also focuses on competition law and regulatory litigation. He frequently presents oral arguments before higher courts such as the Court of Appeals of Santiago and the Supreme Court.
He has been been recognized by Chambers and Partners for his litigation experience (Band 3).
He is also a lecturer of civil law at University of Chile and has published several academic works.
