Paul Cuomo is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition Practice. He currently serves on the firm's Executive Committee and is the former Partner in Charge of the firm's Washington office.

In addition to appearing before the U.S. antitrust authorities, Paul regularly represents clients in international investigations and has appeared in person before numerous international authorities including the European Commission, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Canadian Competition Bureau. According to Legal 500 (2017), “Cuomo is often singled out for his ‘keen intelligence and many years of antitrust experience’, which allows him to ‘quickly apply law to new facts and provide well reasoned, easy to understand legal advice.’”
Paul has received U.S. and foreign antitrust clearances across a wide variety of industries, including media and e-commerce, oilfield products and services, metals, electric and natural gas transmission and distribution, mining and forestry equipment and services, software, pulp and paper, general industrial manufacturing and various chemical products.
