Dr. Nicholas Cartel is a Barrister and Solicitor at Cartel & Bui, where he is responsible for civil and commercial litigation matters, class action matters, competition act litigation and investigations, compliance audits, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate-commercial transactions, intellectual property, real estate transactions (residential and commercial), employment law, as well as wills and trusts.
Nicholas has previously served as Counsel in the Department of Justice (Canada) to the Competition Bureau. He is a former Medical Research Council of Canada and Canadian Institutes of Health Research scholar, a published author, and has considerable scientific training spanning 20 years in biomedical and biochemical research.
