His practice includes administrative and civil litigation and preventive advice on local and regional competition law, ranging from investigations for abuse of market power, notices of economic concentration, state aid, restrictive practices and cartels.
He has successfully worked on some of the most sophisticated transactions and investigations involving the Ecuadorian competition regulator.
