Bush had been the only full-time partner at the OMM offices in Singapore starting late 2015, when capital markets partner Andrew Hutton moved to Hong Kong.
A partner at OMM since 2009, Bush joined the firm in 2009 and spent eight years working in Beijing. He moved to Singapore in 2013.
Bush’s practice focuses on internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and compliance counselling involving anti-bribery and anticorruption laws. He has advised clients in industries such as financial services, life sciences, technology, media, and consumer goods.
Bush has also held the roles of general counsel and legal committee chairman at the American Chamber of Commerce in China.
