Michelle Meagher is an expert in competition law and corporate governance.
She has worked as a lawyer in private practice for global law firms (Linklaters LLP, Allen & Overy LLP), national regulators (the Office of Fair Trading in the UK and the Federal Trade Commission in the US) and the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group). Her work on legal policy focuses on public interest, market regulation, and corporate responsibility.
Michelle has worked as a researcher for the American Antitrust Institute and the Institute of Economic Affairs - Kenya. She has a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an LL.M. in Antitrust Law from Georgetown. Michelle is currently writing a book about corporate power and accountability.
