Dr. Michael A. Einhorn (Ph.D. Yale) is an economic consultant and expert witness who specializes in copyright, trademark, publicity right, and patent damages and valuation. He wrote the book Media, Technology, and Copyright: Integrating Law and Economics (Edward Elgar Publishers) and is a former professor of economics and law at Rutgers. Litigation support involving patent damages have involved semiconductors, medical technologies, search engines, e-commerce, and proprietary and open source software. Litigation support involving copyright damages has involved music, movies, television, advertising, apparel, architecture, fine arts, video games, and photography.
Dr. Einhorn has also worked extensively in trademark, trade secrets, publicity rights, personal injury, anti-trust and complex commercial litigation.
