Michael Singer advises clients on a wide variety of antitrust matters related to mergers and acquisitions, including representing clients before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Singer has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries, including aerospace and defense, consumer products, technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, financial services and private equity.
