Marvin Price is the Antitrust Division’s Director of Criminal Enforcement. He oversees the Division’s criminal program, including over 100 prosecutors in five offices across the country. Prior to becoming Director, he was the Chief of the Antitrust Division’s Chicago Office. From the summer of 2017 until the spring of 2018, he was also the Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Criminal Enforcement for the Antitrust Division.
Marvin received his BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, his MBA in Finance from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from the George Washington University Law School.
