Marianne Faessel is Adviser for International Affairs (Office of the President). Before joining the Autorité de la concurrence in September 2010, Marianne Faessel was Head of the Legal Division of the Economic and Finance Department at the French Embassy in Washington, DC. Prior to her posting to the United States, Ms. Faessel was in private practice in Paris. Ms. Faessel received her Juris Doctor from the University of Paris in 1997 and her LLM from the University of Duke in 1998.
