A member of the Brussels Bar, Marc Abenhaïm works as an independent law practitioner.
His practice primarily focuses on European Union litigation, with an emphasis on competition law. In this area, he assists clients in relation to cartels, abuse of dominant position, state aid, merger control, distribution agreements and other complex forms of cooperation such as R&D and technology transfer.
Marc’s sectoral experience includes energy, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, IT, media, and financial services. Before launching his own practice, Marc trained and worked as an associate at major international law firms in Paris and Brussels. He also worked as an academic assistant at the College of Europe in Bruges, the University of Paris-Saclay, as well as the University of Strasbourg.
