Lindsey Edwards is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm's antitrust practice. Her work encompasses a variety of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Lindsey worked as a research assistant to former Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Joshua D. Wright, on a wide range of antitrust issues. She also worked as a law clerk in the Bureau of Competition at the FTC, where she gained experience with government investigations and litigation of mergers and acquisitions.
