Lawrence B. Landman, J.D., M.B.A., Ph.D, has extensive experience working as both an attorney and business advisor. He has worked with companies throughout the Nordic region, and in various industries such as Med-Tech, logistics, Green-Tech, IT and others. He has drafted agreements, helped firms raise money, and provided strategic advice. He has helped companies expand throughout the Nordics, to Asia, and to North America. He has litigated in courts in the United States. His Ph.D. is a comparative analysis of EU-US competition law, and he is the author of “Doing Business in the US: Legal Opportunities and Pitfalls.”
