Kristen O'Shaughnessy is a litigation partner in White & Case's New York office and a member of the Firm's Global Competition and Antitrust Group, which was named Competition Group of the Year seven timesby Law360. Ms. O'Shaughnessy's practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation and counseling, and she regularly represents global pharmaceutical companies (including Allergan, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Pfizer) in "bet the company" cases on the cutting edge of antitrust and intellectual property. She also has experience representing clients in the health insurance, automotive, and oil and gas industries.
Ms. O'Shaughnessy is a leader in the firm's Women's Initiative, involved in coordinating female mentoring, networking events, and community outreach.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. O'Shaughnessy worked in Thailand advising clients on international intellectual property issues, including counseling the Thai Department of Intellectual Property on compliance with the Madrid Protocol and assisting a major pharmaceutical company with its global patent litigation strategy.
Ms. O'Shaughnessy holds a degree in engineering from Northwestern University.
