Ken Ewing is a partner in the Washington, DC, office of Steptoe & Johnson, where he leads the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. Based in the firm’s Washington and Brussels offices, the group offers clients a full range of anti-trust and competition services, with particular emphasis on complex litigation and deregulated industries.
Mr Ewing’s own practice spans cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, defence of governmental investigations and cartel prosecutions, defence of civil damage actions in US courts, and counselling. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, travel reservation systems, express package delivery services, international air cargo transportation, gas and oil pipelines, electricity generation and distribution, medical equipment, construction equipment, and telecommunications. He also serves as regular antitrust counsel to trade associations.
