Kelly Signs is the Deputy Assistant Director of the Bureau of Competition’s Office of Policy and Coordination at the Federal Trade Commission. OPC works with Bureau and Commission staff on litigation matters, speeches, testimony, appellate briefs, advisory opinions, and briefing papers.
Among other duties, Ms. Signs has been instrumental in helping to develop plain language antitrust guidance for businesses and practitioners, such as the FTC’s Guide to the Antitrust Laws and the Competition Matters blog. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Signs previously worked on the staff of the Subcommittee on Antitrust, Monopolies, and Business Rights in the United States Senate, and as a staff attorney at the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
