Katie is an experienced antitrust and business attorney, having participated in more than 100 transactions requiring review by the DOJ or FTC. She provides day-to-day business counsel on licensing and distribution arrangements, strategic transactions, competitor engagement, and global corporate compliance in a range of industries including health care, technology and agriculture.
Within the health care industry, Katie works with clients on the formation and operation of clinically integrated networks, the buying and selling of provider practices, and other health care system transactions. Additionally, Katie is a member of the advisory board of Ithaka Hospitality, a boutique hospitality management company.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Katie was a partner in several AmLaw 100 Firms and served as an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission.
