Joshua is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the antitrust practice of Fangda Partners in Hong Kong. Joshua is a competition law specialist with experience firmly rooted in Asia. In Hong Kong, he has represented some of Hong Kong’s largest listed companies in competition investigations. In China, he has handled complex merger filings and competition investigations involving multinational companies, private equity firms, and other significant players.
He has additional experience in other Asian jurisdictions including Singapore and Vietnam. He maintains an active interest in writing, and has published in various national and international publications including World Competition and the Journal of Antitrust Enforcement. His work has been nominated for the Antitrust Writing Awards.
