Jordanne Miller is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. Her practice encompasses a wide array of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Jordanne has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, and financial services.
Jordanne joins the firm following a clerkship at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, where she clerked for the Honorable Judges Nebeker, Ferren, Steadman, Ruiz, and Washington. Prior to that, during law school, Jordanne interned for the Honorable Peter J. Messitte at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Greenbelt Division and for the Honorable James A. Kenney, III at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. She also served as a research assistant to Professor Sarah H. Duggin and as teaching assistant for an introductory legal research and writing course.
