Mr. Guo specializes in antitrust and competition law at Han Kun Law Offices and has long been committed to the research of competition regulatory theories and practices. He advises clients across diverse industries on competition law matters, including handling merger control filings and subsequent implementations, antitrust investigations, antitrust-related dispute resolutions, antitrust compliance consulting, and policy research. During his LL.M. study and his time with Han Kun, Mr. Guo has engaged in several antitrust research projects commissioned by PRC competition authorities and other organizations, and has contributed multiple antitrust publications to peer-reviewed journals and other public platforms.
Mr. Guo also provides legal services related to regulatory compliance and general corporate affairs. For regulatory compliance, Mr. Guo assists clients in internal investigations and advises clients on anti-bribery and other anti-unfair competition law matters. For general corporate affairs, Mr. Guo assists clients with legal matters in their daily operations, including federal direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and PRC law consulting.
