Dr Deng specializes in antitrust and dispute resolution. He received his PhD degree in
international economic law from the University of International Business and Economics. He has represented a number of international and domestic clients to bring antitrust civil lawsuits, and has received satisfying results on issues of cartel, RPM, SEP abuse, loyalty rate calculation, etc.
Currently, Dr Deng is a legal associate of the Competition and Regulation European Summer School, a member of the Antitrust Committee of All China Lawyers Association, and a member of the Competition Law and Antitrust Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.
He has published dozens of Chinese and English antitrust treatises in publications including Law Science Magazine, Social Sciences, China Business Law Journal, CPI Antitrust Column, and has published three antitrust books with Law Press.
