Jennifer is a Senior Associate in RBB’s Johannesburg office. Prior to joining RBB in 2018, she completed her Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Stellenbosch. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with honours in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch.
Since joining RBB, Jennifer has worked on a number of competition matters both in the South African and European markets. Her experience includes mergers, alleged assessments of abuse of dominance, and market investigations. She also has experience in advising clients on separate litigation matters before the High Court of South Africa.
Jennifer’s case experience covers a broad spectrum of industries, including metal and mining, gambling, transport sectors, fast-moving consumer goods, forestry, animal pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and e-commerce/digital marketing.
