James (Jimmy) Attridge serves as counsel in the Office of the Assistant Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division. From 2017 to November 2018, Mr. Attridge was a Trial Attorney in the Antitrust Division’s Washington Criminal I Section. Before joining the Department of Justice, Mr. Attridge was a member of the antitrust practice group in the Washington, D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and a law clerk to Honorable Liam O’Grady in the Eastern District of Virginia. During law school, Mr. Attridge served as the Charles H. March Fellow in the Office of Chairman Leibowitz at the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Attridge is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Dartmouth College.
