Fay Zhou is a partner and co-head of the China competition practice based in Beijing. Her practice includes advising multinational and Chinese clients concerning competition and antitrust law, and other regulatory issues. With extensive experience advising on competition law in China and other jurisdictions, Fay has focused herself in helping clients handling Chinese and foreign government investigations on cartel activities and abuse of dominance, making notifications and obtaining clearance for proposed mergers and acquisitions, and counselling clients on competition law compliance. Fay previously served in the Chinese Ministry of Commerce for eight years, including as a section chief in the Bureau of Fair Trade for Imports and Exports.
