Dr. Emily Walden is a Senior Consultant in NERA’s Antitrust and Competition Practice. She has experience assessing the competitive effects of proposed mergers and acquisitions in a wide range of industries, including health care, oil and gas, and retail markets. Dr. Walden has conducted research on competition and antitrust issues and has published research on topics affecting these industries.
A long-time member of the American Bar Association, Dr. Walden currently serves as Vice-Chair on the Young Lawyers Division Antitrust Committee. She also served as Honorary Fellow for the University of Wisconsin, Madison’s Department of Population Health Sciences from 2017–2019.
